At Boyd Brothers Service Inc., we are committed to HVAC excellence and are seeking a skilled AC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing air conditioning systems for our diverse client base. What You’ll Do:
- System Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within HVAC systems, including electrical faults.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of HVAC systems for efficiency and proper functioning.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize schematics and design specifications to accurately troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Collaboration and Service: Work alongside other technicians and provide top-tier customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and care.
Who You Are:
- Experienced with at least 1+ year in the HVAC industry, with a strong grasp of air conditioning and heating principles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.
- Flexible with working hours, including availability for after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.
- A holder of a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and preferably an EPA certification.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position with an hourly rate of $18.00 – $25.00.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental, health, and life insurance, along with paid time off.
